Begin by registering at http://whigforum.sytes.net. This will give you access to the national discussions.
 Log-in with your new account and click on the user control panel link, as illistrated above.
 Once inside the user control panel select the Usergroups tab.
You will now be able to add yourself to the Illinois discussion board. |
